Check-in

After a 3-hour drive from College Station, I arrived at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Terminal E, where the Delta Air Lines check-in counters are, at around 3:30am. While I waited for the check-in counters to open, I printed my bag tag and my boarding pass at the kiosk. I then joined the queue for bag drop, and was met with a no-nonsense, efficient ground staff member who was helpful but not the friendliest. The vibe that I got from most of the ground staff members was that they had just woken up and did not want to do the early morning shift. The station manager, who also later handled my flight's boarding process, was also helpful and proactive, and she was the friendlier one among others. I gave the ground staff team a score of 32.5/40.

Made with prior communication.

Before boarding, creating videos onboard, and reviewing this flight, I communicated with and/or asked for permission from the airline. This does NOT impede the truth values of the scores and reviews written on this site, as well as in my videos and Instagram posts. As usual, I will never lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.
