Check-in

After a long nap and almost missing my flight, I woke up from my hotel's bed and proceeded to the MRT station, the same way I left the airport from my previous flight. I then proceeded to the bus towards Terminal 4. I was among the first few people to check in online via Lion Air Group's dedicated app called Bookcabin, but since Business Class was full, there was no complimentary upgrade like what Batik Air usually offers. The ground experience at both airports was great. What I saw significantly improving upon arrival was that the baggage handling was faster and more efficient than before. The staff members at Changi were friendly and efficient too, ensuring that we were checked in and boarded on the plane without much fuss. I gave the ground staff members a score of 36.5/40.
