Spreading Hoaxes
As a human, we should spread love instead of hate. This also implies that you must not spread hoaxes. A hoax is a false or wrong statement intended to scare or destroy someone or a certain group. I am firmly against this conduct. As a wise judge, you must not spread hoaxes throughout my channel.
Consequence:
Strike 1: Warning and your comment will be deleted.
Strike 2: Strike 1 + you will be blocked for 3 months.
Strike 3: Your account will be reported or blocked forever, and you may, in fatal cases, face charges under Texas Penal Code section 42.07 (Harassment) or 42.01 (Disorderly Conduct), both of which are misdemeanors. For non-Texas residents, there may be equivalent charges based on the law of each state/country.
Spreading Hate-Speech
Hate speech is the conduct of sending hate words toward someone, aiming to destroy a person or a group. This includes destructive criticisms, comments with swear words, body shaming, defamation, blasphemy, offending a specific tribe, ethnicity, religion, and so on. This conduct is not tolerable in my channel. As a wise judge, you are free to critique me the way you want, but your critique should be polite and constructive instead of destructive. Do not expect me to turn destructive criticism into constructive, as all of my community members are also learning from you. This implies that YOU are setting the example not only just for me but also for other viewers.

Spreading comments which caused disturbances
Disturbing words are also a no-no in my channel's environment. Examples of it include porn words, racial slurs, scam marketing, and so on. As a wise judge, you should go away from these things.

Strike 3: Your account/comment will be reported. You may, in fatal cases, face charges under Texas Penal Code section 42.01 (Disorderly Conduct) which is a misdemeanor. For non-Texas residents, there may be equivalent charges based on the law of each state/country. Remember - social media is a public forum.
Spreading comments aiming to promote a product
This conduct may have a lighter consequence, but spreading comments aiming to promote a product, especially potentially scam ones (e.g. Bitcoin promotion, money-producing service, trading services, etc.) is not allowed in my channel unless done with prior permission. This channel is all about aviation content, not an online shopping market.

Strike 1: Warning, a comment will be deleted.
Strike 2: Strike 1 + your account will be blocked for 3 months.
Strike 3: You will be blocked forever, or, in fatal cases, be reported to the Federal Trade Commission.
Spamming
Spamming is not allowed on my channel as it may cause disturbances. You do not need to repeat the same sentence thrice or post comments with no purpose.
Consequence:
Permanent block from my channel. In fatal cases, you can be charged with disorderly conduct.
