Copyright Rules
The general rule of thumb here is "Please ask before reposting", even if it is for usage covered under "fair use". Remember, even if you're not in the US, you can still be charged with similar laws that are based in your jurisdiction. Also, remember that "a noble person will never lie, cheat, steal, nor tolerate those who do."
Re-posting my videos or Instagram posts/reels without permission
Any kind of reuploads that were done by other channels outside mine without permission, for any reason, is strictly prohibited by local law. If you want to use my videos, CONTACT ME first before you do so, and make sure to give credit. Remember, changing the audio and the title WON'T WORK. I still can detect if the video is mine or not. Exceptions will be made if the re-uploader or the one who reposted is from (or a part of) the airline or the crews of my flight.

NOTE: A valid credit is when one of the following is available:
- Link to the original video
- My channel name
- My social media links
- "Courtesy of Boria Travels/Lone Star Flight Reviews". "Courtesy of YouTube" is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Consequence:
Strike 1. Your video will be taken down, or just a warning from me
Strike 2. Strike 1 + You will be blocked from my channel for 3 months.
Strike 3. Congratulations. Your account will be terminated if you've done this thrice in a row. This is YouTube's policy. You may also, in fatal cases, be punished with copyright infringement, with a fine of up to $250000 and imprisonment of up to 5 years, under section 106 of the Copyright Act.
Copy-striking my videos
Copy-striking is a term used for offenders who re-uploaded an original video and then claimed the original one as the work of the re-uploader, hence giving a copyright strike to the original content creator. This behavior is totally unacceptable in my channel. Copy-striking any of my videos equals larceny and copyright infringement and will result in a heavy consequence that would put your YouTube activity to an end.

Consequence:
Your YouTube account will be immediately reported and terminated, or you will be sued and punished with the charges of grand larceny (since you are basically taking my possession in this case) which can range from a "Class C" misdemeanor to a first-degree felony under Texas law. You may also be charged with copyright infringement, with a fine of up to $250000 and imprisonment of up to 5 years, under section 106 of the Copyright Act.
Using my video in a fair-use (and non-fair use) content without my consent
This is pretty similar to rule no. 1, however, this conduct is a bit different. You, regardless of any content you've made and regardless of any reasons, are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from using any of my content to create yours for COMMERCIAL purposes, meaning that you will upload it to your social media and earn something from it, without my consent. Even if it's fair-use content, you are still not allowed to do so without my consent (I applied this rule after a fellow flight reviewer that I knew had his video "robbed" by a TV news program without permission). Here, I want to share with you that you should be a creative content creator, not a hijacker. This rule does not apply if you're using my video for private and personal consumption, or for educational purposes in universities, schools, or courses, which I strongly support.

The purpose of my videos is never for commercials, and you should not make it "commercial" either without permission.

Consequence:
Strike 1: Warning or your video will be taken down (if you've given me credit, you will only be warned)
Strike 2: Strike 1 + you will be blocked from my channel for 3 months.
Strike 3: Your YouTube account will be terminated by YouTube and/or if you're a company, you will be sued for copyright infringement, with a fine of up to $250000 and imprisonment of up to 5 years, under section 106 of the Copyright Act.
Using the audio of my videos without my consent (except the music)
The graphics and the audio of my videos are protected by copyright. This means you ARE NOT ALLOWED to use the audio of my video without my consent as well, except for personal use and for the music as the music is created by various artists and is non-copyrighted unless stated.

Consequence:
Strike 1: Warning or your video will be taken down.
Strike 2: You will be blocked from my channel for 3 months.
Strike 3: Your YouTube account will be terminated according to YouTube's policy. In fatal cases, you may also be punished with copyright infringement charges, with a fine of up to $250000 and imprisonment of up to 5 years, under section 106 of the Copyright Act.
Create porn or a body-shaming picture from my content.
This may sound similar to point (1), but this conduct has a heavier consequence. Recently, I usually posted pictures with the cabin crews. You might be seeking inspiration from there - but no, you're not allowed to create porn or body-shaming content from it, as it's a form of defamation to me, the crews, and the airline.
The consequence is just one but it's deadly: not only you may receive a copyright infringement charge from me, but you may also, in some severe cases, be punished under Texas Penal Code section 42.07 for harassment.
