Check-in

Check-in at Soekarno-Hatta was straightforward, but TransNusa forced me to check some of the bags in the Oversized Baggage area despite it not being oversized because "it does not fit a conventional tray". This was the first time I had to do such a thing. The check-in agent handling me was friendly and helpful, and since the flight wasn't full, we were assigned seats at the front. The baggage handling team at Yogyakarta, however, was disastrous. They were slow to unload bags, and they were not too responsive when one of the bags jammed the baggage conveyor. I gave the ground staff team a score of 31/40.
