Transfer Process

With 5 hours of connecting time, I had pretty much time to kill and relax in the American Airlines Admirals Club lounge in Terminal 4. As I had already re-checked my bag at a dedicated American Airlines counter at the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT), all I needed to do was to clear the TSA security and go straight to the lounge, which I had booked as a "One Day Pass" due to one of my family members being a high-tier AAdvantage member. The staff members handling the wheelchairs were nice, but that friendliness stopped there. The other ground staff that I met were unfriendly, apart from those at the lounge, which does not count toward my ground staff scoring. I gave the ground staff team of American Airlines a score of 26/40, and this score was further aggravated due to the extremely slow bag delivery upon arrival.
