Frankly, this flight wasn't the first Cathay Pacific for me as I have been on one when I was a baby. As Indonesia AirAsia and Cathay Pacific have no partnership, I needed to take my bag and re-check in using The Automated World of Changi's automated machine, where a person helped me through the process. I've reserved my own seat, so I did not need to worry about getting the window seat. I then proceeded to the bus and came in for a short lunch at the Staff's Canteen, located in Terminal 1, before going to the one and only Jewel Changi Airport. The boarding gate staff members weren't too friendly, but it's okay. I gave the ground staff team a score of 35.5/40.
