Transfer Process

The transfer counter was so quiet that the transfer process took less than 30 seconds. The security check was a breeze as I was the only one. Then, I proceeded to the gate and had a bite of ramen, before going to the gate, which was changed twice without any clear information. The ground staff members were all friendly, and upon arrival at Palembang, the bags came out fast. I gave the ground staff team a score of 36.5/40.
