Check-in

As I booked my Citilink and Garuda tickets separately, I had to go to the arrivals hall, take my baggage, and go up to the departure hall again. The check-in counters were busy to the max as this flight was taken during the lebaran/eid season. However, the Garuda check-in counters were at full steam, resulting in the crowds dispersed in all check-in counters as opposed to only being concentrated at one single spot. Combined with quick handling, the check-in process was seamless, including in my case. The ground staff even chit-chatted with me and my family a bit discussing how Garuda handles this situation. They deserved to get a score of 37/40.
