Check-in

I found a weakness in Hawaiian's check-in kiosk system. Upon checking my (and my family's) bag, I figured out that it didn't accept cash. Even worse, the staff members there were not friendly either. They were helpful, but they were acting like we were different world strangers. No smiles, zero communication, and the staff who served me didn't tell me that she didn't accept cash. I was thrown here and there before finally making it to the boarding lounge. Luckily, our bags came first upon arrival in Honolulu. Call me cruel, but I gave the ground staff team a score of 31.5/40.
