The check-in personnel was friendly and as I had no checked bags, I proceeded straight to the kiosk counter and printed my boarding pass. As a HawaiianMiles 'beginner' member, this was the first time I tried Hawaiian Airlines and the first time I tried the Boeing 717. I gave the friendly ground staff of this flight a score of 37/40.
