Check-in

The check-in process was quite speedy with no ridiculously long queues. It was done very efficiently and the staff who handled me was very communicative, explaining that my bags will go straight through to Yogyakarta and that there were discrepancies between the schedule on the ticket and on the flight display board. I gave the ground staff team a score of 38/40.
