Check-in

I woke up and took the train to the airport only to figure out that my flight was under threat of a 2-hour delay due to late arrival from Singapore. I persuaded the Lion Air group staff to rebook me on an earlier Super Air Jet flight, but they refused to do so on the basis that "they do not know how long the delay will last". I ended up rolling the dice and checked in for the Batik flight, and at this point, I was so nervous and panicked that I was not able to eat properly. The check-in staff and WhatsApp call center, unfortunately, did not even give me any assurance for this matter, they only focused on checking in without informing the status of the flight. The star among all the ground staff was the baggage handling team. I give the entire ground staff team a 33/40.
