Check-in

This was my first ever flight with Pelita Air, after 2 years of waiting. The ground staff members at Jakarta let me check-in around 4 to 5 hours early because Jakarta was their home base. I was attempting to change to an earlier flight, IP242, but it turned out that the IP242 flight was not operating that day. They processed my information rather quickly and I immediately went to security after less than 10 minutes to process me and my family. Other ground staff members were firm but friendly, which I liked. I gave them all a score of 36/40; this was helped by the very fast bag delivery upon arrival at Yogyakarta.
