Check-in

With Pelita offering the cheapest rate, I finally decided to try Pelita Air once again as part of my trip back to Dallas. I love the fact that Pelita didn't overcharge me for overweight bags thanks to their prepaid baggage system which only asked me to pay around $5 for an extra 5kg allowance. The check-in agent recognized this and wasted no time processing me; apart from asking me to check my bag in the oversized baggage area, the check-in process was quick and easy. The security team did ask me about a bag full of spice packets that I bought, but that was pretty much the only thing they asked. All other ground staff members were friendly, and they all deserve a score of 38/40.
