Transfer Process

Since I bought this ticket and the Batik Air ticket together, there was no check-in required. The fast, helpful, and proactive ground crews at Terminal 2E really did their job as they proactively assigned an airside shuttle bus for me and my family to get on as the distance between terminals 1A and 2E was quite far. We were sent to the terminal by bus, saving several precious moments so that we could board the plane with no hassle. Bags came out quickly as well upon arrival. I gave this airline's ground staff team a 38/40.
