Transfer Process

The transfer procedure was straightforward with me reaching my gate in less than 45 minutes. My baggage was transferred straight away, and the helpful JAL ground staff took care of me and my family well. I was glad that I didn't go with the direct flight to Dallas because, at that time, the flight had nearly departed. The transit staff members, like the rest of the staff members at Tokyo-Haneda, were friendly and very caring, with a very respectful way of communicating despite English not being their first language. I gave the ground staff team of this flight a 38/40 score.
