Since I was small, my mom always told me about how good Japan Airlines is. On this flight, that goodness started from the check-in. Having 12 hours of transit time, the ground staff at Changi allowed me to check in for this flight early, around 5 hours before departure instead of waiting until 3 hours before departure, and I was lucky that I did even though I checked in for this flight online. The process was slow since I bought this flight together with my connecting flight to Los Angeles and Dallas, but everyone was extremely helpful. Some of them were a tad puzzled, perhaps due to unfamiliarity with the itinerary, but eventually, I finished the process. After around 45 to 50 minutes, I was done, and I breezed all the way to the immigration and eventually, the gates. I gave the ground staff team a score of 37/40.
