Check-in

I checked in online a day prior, and was able to receive a TSA PreCheck designation. After arriving from my previous American Airlines flight from Dallas Fort Worth, I dropped my bags and changed the online boarding pass to paper, all of which took less than 2 minutes. My baggage was promptly processed, and was then sent on its merry way all the way to Singapore. I then went to the TSA PreCheck lane only to be met with rude staff members who made the process felt like I was going to a military boot camp. However, the entire process took less than 5 minutes, so I gave the entire ground staff team at both San Francisco and Taipei a score of 38/40.
