Transfer Process

After arriving from my previous delayed Starlux Airlines flight from Singapore, the Starlux Airlines ground staff assisting us with transit had already waited for me. She then directed me to the transfer alleyway, where another ground staff assisted me and I was able to get through security without issues. Since I still had around 4 hours, I decided to take some rest and shower at the Plaza Premium Lounge, using a pass that I bought myself without any collaboration or aid from Starlux Airlines. Everyone at Taipei and San Francisco were friendly, both when I spoke English and when I spoke Mandarin. When the ground staff asked me about the usual security questions upon entering the boarding gate, the questions were asked in a friendly and cordial way, making everything very relaxing. The security staff members handling the unfortunate people who got the secondary inspection were nice, too. I gave the ground staff members a score of 38/40.
