Transfer Process

Once I got off from my previous flight from San Francisco, I was immediately directed by the Starlux ground staff to my next flight which happened to depart from a gate far away. Luckily, I still had around 2 hours of connecting time, so there was no need of a rush or a special assistance. The ground staff members assisting the transit was no-nonsense, immediately sending me to the next boarding gate without even having to re-clear security again. The whole process was not hectic at all, despite the many construction works occuring in Taoyuan Airport's Terminal 2. My bags were also promptly delivered to my next flight which was using an A350-900 arriving from Los Angeles. I gave the ground staff an overall score of 37/40.
