Check-in

I checked in for this flight online, but I had to obtain my boarding pass for this flight at the airport since Singapore does not allow any form of mobile boarding pass whatsoever. I was able to print the boarding pass at the automated kiosk, but I had to eventually replace it and tag my bag using a manned counter. The check-in agent told me that I had to actually do the entire process using the manned counter instead of the automated kiosk otherwise I wouldn't be able to print my bag tag. The process was pretty much straightforward and the check-in agent soon handed me the Snoopy-themed boarding pass. I would appreciate a little bit of smile from the check-in personnel, but I didn't find it much of an issue as long as the staff processed me efficiently. I eventually got that smiley service at the boarding gate, both by the Starlux staff and security team, as well as the entire team at Taipei. I gave this set of ground staff members a score of 38/40.
