I'm not intending to condemn Korean Air, but I have to say that the Korean Air staff members in Dallas weren't the Korean Air staff members that I knew. To be honest, I felt the worst check-in experience of my entire life. The staff members were unfriendly and unclear in communicating, and even the staff that assisted me in check-in forgot to scan my family's documents. The staff that assisted other passengers next door even yelled at the passenger, even though I knew she intended to help the passenger. The staff handling me also seemed to lack knowledge of Singapore's entry requirements. Luckily the boarding gate staff members were friendly and the transfer staff members at Incheon were overall good. Despite that, the check-in members staff made me give the lowest score I've ever given to a ground staff team, 26/40.
