Check-in

As Hawaiian Airlines and Korean Air had no partnership, my bags couldn't be checked through all the way to Hong Kong and I needed to do a re-check-in for my flight to Seoul. The ground staff members were friendly and the boarding gate staff members were great as well. I gave the ground staff members a score of 36.5/40. What I like from Honolulu was that the check-in counters were laid out in a very accessible way, making them look like curbside check-in facilities that Southwest Airlines use.
