Check-in

I arrived at the Airport Express train station and proceeded to the check-in counter. The check-in staff was friendly and humorous as well, as she made a lot of humor which broke the ice and made the check-in process less stressful. While usually ground staff members tend to be more serious at their jobs, having a friendly person handling check-in with a sense of humor is definitely appreciated. The other staff members were friendly, so I gave all of the ground staff a score of 38/40.
