Transfer Process

The staff at Changi Airport quickly assisted us throughout the transfer process. I loved the Changi staff because they wouldn't say a thing until our bags had been confirmed to be transferred to Korean Air from Singapore Airlines. The staff members at Incheon were friendly as well, with the exception of the security check staff in both the transit and the departures area. Some of them also could not speak proper English, which caused a bit of a language barrier as this trip was taken before I learned Korean. I gave a score of 38/40 for the ground staff.
