Transfer Process

I reserved a seat 2 rows from the back. The transfer process was relatively easy as my baggage had been checked through all the way to this flight, and I spent a night at Crowne Plaza's Airport Hotel, which gave me a good time to rest before the flight because this flight was only operated twice or thrice a day and would usually depart in the afternoon. I gave the ground staff members a score of 33/40.
