Check-in

I arrived at the airport way too early, and as a result, even though I reserved a seat, I was unable to check in. The plane was fully booked, and therefore I was seated at the last row of the economy class. The check-in process was pretty much speedy, and my bags were checked through all the way to Yogyakarta, which meant that all of the bags were staying overnight. The ground staff members were friendly, both at Penang and Singapore, so I gave the ground staff team a score of 37/40.
