Transfer Process

Frankly speaking, the transfer process at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport might be a pain if you have a tight connection to catch. You have to get out of the terminal, get back to the departure area, pass a very narrow-sized security check area, and go to your gate. If you're walking at your normal speed, the entire process takes 25-35 minutes depending on the time you arrive. Lucky for me, the ground staff members were extremely helpful so that the process was made easy. I gave the ground staff members a score of 36/40.
