Check-in

Check-in opened around 3 hours before departure and I arrived around 2.5 hours before departure. Even though this was an early morning flight, the flight was packed with passengers. That being said, they still honored my request for a window seat. The check-in agent initially questioned about my one-way itinerary (turns out this wasn't just an isolated problem), but she didn't get overly nosy about it and remained friendly, vigilant, and efficient. She noticed the slightly overweight bag and didn't overcharge me as I had purchased their extra package. The ground staff members I met along the way, both in Jakarta and Singapore, possessed the same attitude. I was impressed with Singapore's ground staff as they worked so quickly and did everything with a smile. I gave them all a score of 37.5/40.
