Check-in

This was my 1st trip in the span of 2 years due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia, and it all started with an airport train ride from Yogyakarta's Tugu Railway Station to the new Yogyakarta International Airport. Upon arrival, to my surprise, I found out that the check-in counter was completely empty, thus making our process blazingly fast. The staff was completely communicative, informative, and no-nonsense - and the same can be said for the other members of ground staff in both Jakarta and Yogyakarta. Baggage could be delivered a bit faster since there were only a few passengers, but that won't stop me from giving a sublime score of 37.5/40 to them.
