Check-in

I was glad that I insisted to check-in through the regular counter instead of the kiosk, because had I not done so, I would've been assigned a seat far apart from my other family members. Even though the queue was long during check-in because there were only 5 check-in counters used to handle numerous flights altogether, the check-in staff members were vigilant, fast, professional, and efficient. The check-in staff of mine spotted the messed-up algorithm that caused the messy seat selection, and managed to override the system and assigned us a seat not far apart. Other ground staff members were friendly, fast, and vigilant too, so I gave them all a score of 36/40.
