I was helped by the automated check-in machines, and when I met those machines, I needed to do all things by myself. This includes printing the boarding pass, printing bag tags, and dropping my bag. The machine also knows if your baggage is overweight. If you're confused, there are also a few key ground staff members who will help you. I gave the ground staff team a score of 37/40.
