Check-in

I used the automated machines again upon checking in at The Automated World of Changi, a name personally given by me for Changi Airport's Terminal 4 due to how automated things are. The ground staff members were willing to help if you need it. The ground staff members at Changi were great, but the baggage staff members at Yogyakarta were a pure disaster. They were disorganized, as they stopped the carousel machine midway. I gave the ground staff team a score of 32/40.
