Check-in

The process was rather calm as the airport wasn't too busy. I was actually assigned seat 1F, however since there was a handicapped passenger who was also part of my travel party, I willfully surrendered my seat and moved to 24F. The ground staff members were friendly, helpful, and caring, so I gave them a score of 37.5/40.
