Check in

I arrived at the airport at 12, 6 hours before my flight departed, and therefore, I had to wait for my counter to be opened. Once the counter was opened, I was processed very quickly by the very efficient ground staff, who also reinsured me that my bags would go all the way through my next Korean Air flight to Seoul. Considering both carriers are with different alliances, I must say they did a very good job. They were friendly, proactive, and efficient. Other ground staff members had the same attitude, so I gave them a score of 34/40.
