Check-in

Being its home base, Thai Airways occupies a lot of check-in counters and I was able to pick one that had the shortest line. The check-in process was fast, efficient, and no-nonsense, but the staff handling me could have been friendlier because we all know that Thailand is the "Land of Smiles". Nevertheless, I was able to get into security rather quickly, and then to immigration, where the staff members were way friendlier compared to my previous visits to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Other ground staff members I interacted with were friendly, too. I gave the ground staff members a score of 34.5/40.
