Check-in

With just a little over 2.5 hours of transit time, I hurriedly moved from terminal 2D to 3, where Thai Airways operate. The queue for check-in was very long, but I was able to utilize the shorter queue since one of my relatives requires wheelchair assistance due to a post-recovery leg condition and the tight transit (or as Thai calls it, "Hot Transit"). That being said, the check-in agent completely forgot the request for the wheelchair as we had to tell them after our boarding passes were issued and bags were checked. The ground staff assisting my relative with the wheelchair was awesome and friendly, escorting us through immigration and all the way to the plane in less than 15 minutes. I gave the overall ground staff team a score of 36/40.
