Transfer Process

The Thai ground staff in Bangkok acknowledged my relative's wheelchair request, and without further ado, escorted us directly to Concourse A where our next flight would depart. The security staff in Bangkok, however, were a disgrace to Thailand's "Land of Smiles" title. Our bags were also handled quickly due to us being in tight transit, but the one who took center stage was the ANA ground staff at Narita Airport. In the midst of confusion due to a technical issue with the Visit Japan Web, she waited patiently and helped us rectify the issue (although I was berated by my other relatives because they thought it was me being careless). We still finished the procedures twice as fast as those queuing in the normal immigration lane, much to everyone's relief. She also ensured all of our bags match, and we were done in just 30 to 35 minutes from the arrival gate to the Keisei Skyliner station. I gave the ground staff team a score of 36/40.
