Check-in

I arrived at the airport 2 hours before the departure time on a taxi (instead of the MRT), and immediately utilized the automated kiosks that Scoot use at Changi Terminal 1. Printing the bag tags and boarding pass were smooth sailing, but I had some trouble trying to check my bag. The tag reader kept on refusing to read my bags, and I had trouble scanning my passports too. Luckily, the Scoot ground staff offered lots of help even though they weren't the friendliest. That being said, they performed much better compared to the ground staff at Yogyakarta airport who handled my bags very slowly. I gave the ground staff members a score of 35/40.
