Check-in

This was part of my trip to Dallas for study purposes. Check-in was done quite efficiently considering the load of the flight, however, I expected the ground staff team at Yogyakarta to be friendlier and more communicative. Although they were vigilant, to me, their communication tone was more on the hostile side rather than the friendly side. The ground staff at Singapore (we'll talk about it later), upon landing, I must say, completely outclassed the staff members at Yogyakarta thanks to their fast baggage delivery. I gave the ground staff members a score of 27/40.
