Check-in

I used the curbside check-in facility and was helped by a Southwest staff upon check-in before I dropped my bag. Southwest, I think, was the airline that gave lots of LCCs a lesson in terms of baggage policy. Staff members at both Chicago Midway and Seattle were friendly except for the boarding gate staff who was slightly flat-faced. Overall, the ground staff earned themselves a 32/40 score from me.
